But in my kitchen, we experimented and found ways to make the bond again between aloo and bhindi.

All Ingredients We Need to Make Aloo Bhindi Saag
- Bhindi- 250 grams (Chopped in Big Slices)
- Aloo- 2 Medium sized (Chopped in Big Slices)
- Ginger- Chopped (8-9 pcs. as per taste)
- Green Chili- 2-3 pieces (Chopped in Big Slices)
- Jeera & Rai- 0.5 tea spoon
- Haldi Powder- 0.5 Tea Spoon
- Salt- to taste
- Red Chili Powder- 1.5 to 2.5 tea spoon (as per taste)
- Dhaniya Powder- 1 tea spoon
- Amchoor Powder- 1 tea spoon
Preparation time- 5 minutes
Cooking time- 15 minutes
Complete Step by Step Recipe to Make Aloo Bhindi Saag
- Heat some oil in the Pan;
- Add Jeera and Rai seeds to it, turn the flame to low;
- Add Sliced Aloo to it and fry them for 5-7 minutes;
- After the Aloo get fried, Add Bhindi to it;
- Mix them well;
- Add Green Chili and Ginger to it;
- Let the veggies fry for 1 minute;
- Add Haldi powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder and Dhaniya Powder to the fried veggies and mix them well;
- Cover the pan and cook the veggies for 6-7 minutes;
- Check and stir the Aloo Bhindi at an interval of 3 minutes while processing with step 9.
- Turn off the flame and garnish it with green coriander leaves (Hara Dhaniya); Serve it HOT!!! Enjoy the Aloo Bhindi Saag with Chapati or Paratha.
