Crush it into small pieces and keep it aside;\n3. Heat some oil and Add Jeera and Rai seeds and Hing Powder to it;\n4. Add sliced onion and garlic to it and fry;\n5. Add the crushed green chillies, Tomato and Green Peas;\n6. Add Haldi Powder, Salt and stir well; \n7. Add Red Chilli Powder and crushed Baingan to the fried masala;\n8. Cover the Pan and fry for 1-2 minutes;\n9. Heat the charcoal on the burner till it ignites and turns red hot;\n10. Place the same in the centre of the prepared bharta;\n11. Pour a spoon of Ghee onto the charcoal and Immediately cover the pan;\n12.
